Max Doud is a 17 year old recording Artist in Rochester, NY. As a former student of Elvio Fernandes’ Roc Star Academy, he’s played live music venues all over his hometown since the age of 13. They say it takes a village.
These people…our villagers…our family….Artist Manager Jed Seaver, Max’s Mom, Michele, and Max’s Dad, Steve, are the driving forces behind Max’s original music. From concept to release, these guys are the ones that go above and beyond to make it happen. Watch out for this dream team…they have big plans…and with them leading the way, the sky’s the limit.
Jed Seaver (Hate Machine, Omniblank, The Heaviest Thing, Springer)
17 year old high school senior, singer/guitarist/songwriter, Max Doud, is far from an ordinary teen. Yes, he likes to sleep until noon. Yes, he has to be reminded to clean his room. But this kid has been playing solo gigs in bars since he was 12 years old. And did you know he co-wrote his first original song at only 13 years old? He puts 110% into everything he’s passionate about…further proven by the fact he earned a black belt in karate at the young age of 10! Every weekend you can bet you’ll find Max playing somewhere in Rochester, NY…whether it is a solo gig, or with his duo 5 Second Rule with drummer Brennan Dornberger, or his Roc Academy band, Own the Night you can be certain you’ll be entertained!
Singing professionally since he was 20, Jed Seaver is no stranger to the music biz. As the front man for Hate Machine, Jed lived every musician’s dream and was signed to a major record label. Jed‘s career has taken him all over the country, touring with bands like Papa Roach, Snot, Staind, Godsmack and more. Jed’s experience in not only performing, but also the business side of producing original content which is why he was the first and foremost addition to the team. And did we mention the fact that he’s a lyrical genius? He is the catalyst behind all of the original music these guys have released. Without Jed…the true mayor of our village…Max wouldn’t be where he is today.
They say behind every successful kid, there’s super supportive parents? Well maybe not, but they should! Steve and Michele Doud (or “Max’s Mom“ and “Max’s Dad” as others often call them!) fill all the other jobs no one else wants…roadie, booking agent, chauffeur, stylist…you name it! But ask either one of them…they wouldn’t trade it for the world...after all, there’s nothing they wouldn’t do to help their son live his dream!
